We use the latest technology in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) to import your CAD file directly into our system, so we can go from design to finished part quickly. We can use everything from 2D prints to 3D models and assemblies. We can also reverse engineer sample parts to provide the engineering documents that a customer may need.


For the first test pieces of a new design we have several methods of prototyping at our disposal: 3D graphic design with part analysis, CNC machining and fabrication, 3D Printing, sample plastic injection, and zinc diecast molding. This video shows a pressure vessel viewing port machined from HY80 steel, machined dry. Looks simple but others wouldn’t try to cut this material.


With our late model CNC equipment we have the ability to build your one of a kind or your 50,000 piece order. In addition to our machinery, our shop floor is controlled by our manufacturing management software to guarantee on-time delivery of your order with ISO compliant inspection procedures for total quality assurance.
