IDEAS: We all have them.  It is our job to make them into a finished sellable product.  Great ideas come and go.  We only see the ones that make it from the drawing board to the store shelves.  How is it done?  Here's how we do it!

DESIGN: We use the latest technology in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). To provide you the 3D model, engineering mechanical drawings, assemblies, rapid prototypes, or custom machined / molded part.

PROTOTYPE:  For the first test pieces of a new design we have several methods of prototyping at our disposal: 3D graphic design with part analysis,  CNC machining, Stereolithographics (SLA modeling), sample plastic injection and zinc diecast molding, and fabrication.

MANUFACTURING:  With our late model CNC equipment we have the ability to build your one of a kind or your 50,000 piece order.  In addition to our machinery, our shop floor is controlled by our manufacturing management software to guarantee on-time delivery of your order with ISO compliant inspection procedures for total quality assurance.
